If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Printify offers a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.
Contact Merchant Support within 30 days (domestic orders) or 45 days (international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back to Printify.
